Haven is guided by a committed, independent Board of Directors which provides strong governance for the organisation.

The Board oversees all directions and strategy through a policy governance model. This model ensures the delegations of the Board are met while giving clear parameters for the Chief Executive Officer.

John Murphy Director Qualifications: BA, MAICD Experience: Director since 2001. Army Officer, 30 years experience in public administration.	Antoinette Danaher Director Qualifications: MAICD Experience: Director since 2002, Managing Director Uncommon Solutions Pty. Ltd
Ken Belfrage Director Qualifications: Dip. Bus. Studies, FCA, MAICD Experience: Director since November 2010 Chartered accountant with 34 years experience in public accounting, until recently as Partner in AFS & Associates accounting practice.	Tony Bridge Director Qualifications: Dip. Bus. Studies, FCA, FAICD Experience: Director since May 2007. Founding Partner – Burns Bridge Australia Pty Ltd (now part of the Sweett Group), strategic advisory and project management business in 1986; 21 years involvement in strategic advisory in various sectors.
Andrew Cairns Director Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), MAICD. Experience:Director since November 2010. 15 years experience in senior management roles; currently heading the Community Solutions and Partnering department of the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank.	Sue Clarke Director Qualifications: Grad Pre-School Teaching, Grad Dip. Bus.; Grad Dip. S. Science; GAICD, Executive Fellow ANZSOG, Graduate AMC CMC. Experience:Director since November 2010. Former CEO Bendigo Community Health for 10 years.
Linda Dewar Director Qualifications: Grad Dip. Arts CMC (Monash), MAICD. Experience:Director since November 2010. Broad based senior executive with extensive business, financial and general management experience in the banking sector and IT industry. Ten years experience as a serving Board member across a diversity of interests.
