Care with dignity

Our Haven Home Assist program provides comprehensive and individualised support to people from all walks of life to help them maintain dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home. 

We assist

• The aged and frail
• People with a physical, sensory or intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, dementia or other degenerative neurological condition
• Those affected by accident, illness, mental health or behavioural issues. 

Our Home Assist program provides comprehensive and individualised support to people from all walks of life to help them maintain dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home. 

We can provide

• Personal care service. Assistance with hygiene, showering, toileting, grooming
• Domestic support. We will help you with basic household tasks such as meal preparation, laundering, running errands, sweeping floors and paths, dusting and polishing.
• Respite services, allowing carers to enjoy some well-deserved leisure time.
• Companionship and support. We can accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, relax with them at home or help them get involved in recreational and social programs.

To qualify 

You must be aged 16+ and live within 100km of Bendigo (fee for service outside 30km radius).

Our accreditation

Haven Home Assist is an accredited Home and Community Care (HACC) program and all staff hold formal qualifications in aged, disability or home and community care services.
