The process of assessing and selecting tenants for our Affordable Housing properties is done open and fairly.
A panel considers each applicant’s requirements and, generally, allocations are made by matching family size to bedroom size, depending on property availability. Eligibility for Affordable Housing is based on a number of criteria including current residency, age, rental history, household income and realisable assets..
